NFC stickers/tags can be purchased easiest through Amazon.

 

What they can be programed to do depends ultimately on their capacity.

The capacity of NFC's can vary. Remember, a single character can be equal to 1-2 Bits. So a web address can be made of many bits. More so contact information that includes your business name, your name, your phone, email, and address could result in many more bits. You'll have a better idea how many bits your NFC will require when using the NFC Tools App. When you are done, you will see the file size which will be a good reference. 

 

They can be purchased online for as little as 22 cents each when purchased in bulk.
