Now, the real estate business is evolving at such a pace it's outpacing Realtors. AI systems like Chat GPT, Google's Gemini, Microsoft's CoPilot, Claude (Anthropic), and Perplexity AI are reshaping Real Estate as we know it with systems that are currently in development wit the help of AI. The days of programers creating programs on their own or collectively has been replaced with programers & non-programers augmented with AI to create entirely new systems.
Gemini
Google's Gemini AI has a document reader that makes it easier to do more than just find a word. You can now upload you documents like the bylaws, amendments, rules and regulations for a document and find specific information by asking Gemini a question. Gemini will provide the answer with source locations within the documents so that you can find the exact verbiage.
CHATGPT
ChatGPT is by far the most well known and used AI programs. You can write documents, interpret data, modify images, conceptualize a design, and much much more.

One of the top AI platforms to come out is Microsoft's CoPilot
